Effective date: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Eyup Aydin (“I”, “me”, or the “developer”) for your use of Dumoji, the iOS game (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License#

Subject to these Terms, the developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App, except where applicable law or an open-source license expressly permits it.

The game and purchases#

Dumoji is available as a free download with optional paid content. One non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks the remaining campaign. The current price and purchase details are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase.

Apple processes purchases, refunds, and restoration through your Apple Account. You must use Apple’s in-app purchase system for digital content in the App. The purchase is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Any refund request must be made through Apple’s applicable refund process.

The App’s purchase and usage are also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable Apple Media Services terms.

Acceptable use#

You agree not to use the App to violate any law, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase or access controls, or infringe another person’s rights. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you use the App.

Ownership#

The App, its source code, artwork, writing, puzzles, names, and other content are owned by the developer or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Availability and updates#

The developer may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App. The App is provided for entertainment and may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.

Apple#

These Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for the App and for addressing claims relating to it, subject to applicable law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you where applicable.

Changes and contact#

The developer may update these Terms when the App or its services change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Questions about these Terms can be sent to ea@eaydin.net.
